Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Pre-Sales Associate
to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage clients effectively, and experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently convert B2C leads and work closely with the sales team for successful closures.
  • Work individually as well as in a team, contributing to sales targets and business goals.
  • Conduct client communication, market research, lead qualification.
  • Support the sales team in negotiations, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update records using Excel and Zoho CRM.
  • Deliver persuasive product/service presentations with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly business targets through effective strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Take ownership of pre-sales activities, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    .
  • Experience in using
    CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data.
  • Good client handling and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confidence, positive attitude, and result-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate degree is mandatory (MBA, BBM, BBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development.
  • Experience in the interior design or real estate sector will be an added advantage.
