Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Pre-Sales Associate
to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage clients effectively, and experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development.
Responsibilities:
- Independently convert B2C leads and work closely with the sales team for successful closures.
- Work individually as well as in a team, contributing to sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct client communication, market research, lead qualification.
- Support the sales team in negotiations, client meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain and update records using Excel and Zoho CRM.
- Deliver persuasive product/service presentations with strong verbal and written communication.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly business targets through effective strategies.
- Collaborate across departments and maintain strong client relationships.
- Take ownership of pre-sales activities, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
. - Experience in using
CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data.
- Good client handling and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence, positive attitude, and result-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree is mandatory (MBA, BBM, BBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development.
- Experience in the interior design or real estate sector will be an added advantage.
