Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Tilak Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, maintain CRM data, and assist in developing strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client communication and campaigns.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to track customer behavior and feedback.
  • Identify potential customers and assist in upselling/cross-selling activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Working Hours:

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
