Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Jaipur. The role involves managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Relationship Executive will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening business relationships, addressing client queries or concerns, and providing professional communication to support business operations and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Experience in Business Relationship Management and cultivating strong Client Relations.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in finance or related industries, is preferred.
