Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in U.S. property management operations and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling calls, emails, and support tasks for U.S.-based clients, particularly in the property management or real estate sector. You'll play a key role in maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors by providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communication with tenants, property owners, and vendors in the U.S.
Manage work orders, maintenance requests, lease renewals, rent inquiries, and general property-related support.
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer inquiries while maintaining service quality.
Update CRM or property management systems with customer interactions and work progress.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of tenant or owner issues.
Follow up on open requests and maintain clear communication until closure.
Meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. voice process or U.S. property management support (mandatory).
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of property management workflows (leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, etc.).
Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
Proficiency with property management or CRM tools (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar).
High attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in U.S. Property Management BPO or similar environment.
Prior use of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
