International Customer Support (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding medical insurance queries
  • Deliver accurate information and excellent customer support
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards
  • Follow all company policies and security protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 10+2 or Graduate qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
  • Relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory

Process 2

International Voice Customer Support (only international exp)

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab

Salary: - fresher - 23 k + 2k attendance bonus

6 months 18 - months - 31k fixed + 2k Attendance bonus

Above 18 months - 38 K - 2k attendance Bonus

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Gard
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
  • Use CRM tools effectively.
  • Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.

Package: 5 LPA (33k take home)
