International Customer Support (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding medical insurance queries
- Deliver accurate information and excellent customer support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards
- Follow all company policies and security protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 10+2 or Graduate qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours
- Relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory

International Voice Customer Support (only international exp)
Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab
Salary: - fresher - 23 k + 2k attendance bonus
6 months 18 - months - 31k fixed + 2k Attendance bonus
Above 18 months - 38 K - 2k attendance Bonus
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Gard
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
- Use CRM tools effectively.
- Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
