About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO's office. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in calendar management, strategic coordination, and executive-level support, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the CEO to focus on key priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate across time zones.
• Strategic Support: Assist in planning, tracking, and following up on strategic initiatives, projects, and key decisions.
• Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda setting, briefing materials, and minutes.
• Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between the CEO's office and internal teams, board members, clients, and partners.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements for the CEO's office.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to C-Suite leadership.
• Strong calendar management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently under pressure.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
