We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our operations in a tech startup focused on IoT and Robotics. This role is essential in facilitating communication between team members and management, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to project coordination.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between management and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Support operations by helping with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and event organization.
  • Aid in managing spreadsheets for budgets, daily tasks, projects, team performance tracking, etc.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are effectively translated into actionable tasks.
  • Provide basic technical support when necessary.
  • Handle clients as and when applicable on the organization's behalf.

Work Schedule

  • This position requires working six days a week from the office. Flexibility to ensure availability, even on holidays, is appreciated to meet the demands of the role.

Compensation

  • Salary will range from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Leave Policy

  • The employee is allowed 12 Earned Leaves and 7 Casual Leaves in a financial year, credited on a pro-rata basis at the beginning of each month.

Travel Requirements

  • Intracity and sometimes outstation travel may be necessary for certain tasks. Travel costs incurred will be reimbursed.
