Role Description
Chai Break in Kolkata is looking for a passionate and experienced person as Executive Assistant (
5 years or more)
to join our team(WFO). As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the management team. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Kolkata , HO
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the executives' schedules by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other special projects.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by the executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office organization.
Knowledge, Skills required for the role:
- Prior
5+ years of
experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
at a popular restaurant chain in Kolkata is preferred. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
