Role Overview

We are seeking a
smart, punctual, and trustworthy Personal Assistant
to support our CEO in daily office coordination, scheduling, communication, and operational follow-ups.

The role combines both
executive and administrative duties
, with a strong focus on
time management, discipline, and office readiness
.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Office Management

  • Ensure
    office opens on time
    (reach by 9:40 AM) and is properly set up before operations begin.
  • Maintain office readiness — lights, AC, equipment, and CEO's desk organization.
  • Ensure
    timely office closure
    (after 7:00 PM) — all systems shut, lights off, documents secured.
  • Supervise basic office discipline and attendance tracking.

2. Executive Assistance

  • Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily task list.
  • Follow up with team members on assigned work and deadlines.
  • Take meeting notes and prepare daily/weekly summaries.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain record files properly.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Draft and send professional messages, follow-ups, and reminders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments as required.
  • Filter calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages — ensuring the CEO's time is used effectively.

4. Personal & Administrative Support

  • Assist with travel bookings, courier management, and minor errands.
  • Manage small payments, document submissions, and follow-up with service providers.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters.

5. Reporting & Routine

  • Prepare a short
    End-of-Day Report
    summarizing completed tasks and pending items.
  • Ensure the CEO's schedule, tasks, and priorities are properly updated each morning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (any stream) with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of
    discipline, responsibility, and time management.
  • Confident in using
    Google Workspace, Excel, and WhatsApp Web.
  • Fluent in
    English
  • Punctual, organized, and comfortable with both office and limited personal coordination work.
  • Age: 21–26 years preferred.

Working Hours


10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

(Must reach by 9:40 AM to ensure office readiness)

Growth Opportunity

Compensation


₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on capability)
