Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive: Demonstration and Support. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, providing customer support, training educators and students in using our educational tools, and assisting in the development of support materials. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement improvements is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and providing customer support.
  • Experience in training educators and students in using educational tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather feedback.
  • Experience in the education sector or with educational technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field.
