Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, handling communication, preparing expense reports, and assisting with executive support. The individual will also coordinate and oversee various projects and events, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in managing Calendars and handling Communication
  • Proficiency in preparing Expense Reports
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
