Growth and Partnerships Associate

Role & responsibilities
This is a multi-dimensional role where youll wear multiple hats:
- Vendor Partnerships & Negotiations: Identify, connect, and negotiate with vendors, venues,
and partners.
- Community & User Engagement: Interact with users, gather feedback, and help grow our
community.
- Social Media & Content + Digital Marketing: Contribute to content ideas and execution across
digital platforms, while learning and applying digital marketing strategies.
- Business Insight: Get exposure to business development, partnerships, and data-driven
decision-making.
- Event Hosting: Be the face of our brand by hosting/emceeing events and meetups.
Preferred candidate profile
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced communication & interpersonal skills (non-negotiable).
Confidence in negotiation and persuasion.
Extroverted and comfortable in social/public settings.
Presentable with a strong personal presence.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Interest in business, data, and consumer behavior.
Prior event or community management experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
