Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Partnership Associate to manage existing partnerships and onboard new partners to foster business growth. This role involves executing strategic partnership initiatives, collaborating on joint offerings, and driving referral-based opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure sustained engagement and mutual success.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to expand the network.

Develop and implement partnership strategies to generate referrals and business opportunities.

Collaborate with partners to co-create value propositions and promote joint offerings.

Monitor partnership performance metrics and generate performance reports.

Coordinate and represent the organization in partner-related webinars, campaigns, and events.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in partnerships, business development, or similar client-facing roles.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ecosystems.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.

Primary Skills:

Strategic thinking and execution in building partner ecosystems.

Negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Ability to collaborate across teams to develop co-marketing initiatives.

Analytical skills to assess and report partner performance.

Secondary Skills:
