Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the MSD Partner ecosystem.
- Oversee lead generation efforts, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Manage and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills within the team.
- Utilize CRM tools, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, to track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on lead generation and managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly within the MSD Partner landscape.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology sector or software sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
