Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the MSD Partner ecosystem.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Manage and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills within the team.
  • Utilize CRM tools, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, to track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on lead generation and managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly within the MSD Partner landscape.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology sector or software sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
