We are looking for skilled Commis Chefs with expertise in South Indian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and hospitality, with excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Commis Chef in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including dishes and ingredients.
  • Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
