Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist based in Faridabad. The Customer Relations Specialist will handle day-to-day customer interactions, manage inquiries, and address customer concerns effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, supporting purchase and service teams, and ensuring timely resolutions to queries. Additionally, the role involves fostering long-term customer relationships and identifying areas of improvement for customer support services.

Salary :- 20k to 25k or depend on interview

Qualifications

* Experience should be 1 Year in Customer Relations.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

* Customer service expertise, including the ability to resolve complaints and queries professionally

* Experience in managing client accounts and maintaining customer records

* Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts effectively


• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

* Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
