About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our Service Department. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient workshop operations, and high service standards in line with the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage service promotions, customer connect programs, and free service camps.
  • Oversee warranty claims, technical bulletins, and ensure audit compliance.
  • Monitor spare parts usage and maintain optimum inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular staff training to enhance technical and customer handling skills.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of motorcycles and service processes.
  • Proficiency in DMS / CRM systems.
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
