Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer support operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage a team of customer service representatives. Duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
