Job Location : PUNE, Maharashtra.
Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international calls (UK/US process) and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for UK/US customers for product or service-related queries.
- Listen actively, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the first call.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and maintain a professional tone.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, and lead generation.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system after each interaction.
- Inbound Call Management:
Requirements:
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.[ Fluent in English communication must ]
- 6 months–2 years of experience in international voice process (UK/US/Australia).
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound operations effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Male / Female
