Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Blended Process

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Week Off: Rotational (1 Week Off)

Transport: Pick and Drop Facility Available

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team in a blended process (voice and non-voice). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chats).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Meet personal/team KPIs and customer service targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week-offs.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (Freshers can apply).
