Job Title: Service adviser in ( two wheeler Showroom )
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Two Wheeler showroom
Location :- Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain estimated costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure proper execution of jobs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress, delays, or additional repairs required.
- Explain service work carried out and final billing to customers during vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all warranty and free-service guidelines are followed as per company policies.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate if required.
- Promote value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and accessories.
- Maintain records of customer service history and feedback.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles and service processes.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/CRM tools).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Automobile/Mechanical background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as Service Adviser/Service Desk role in the automobile industry (two-wheeler experience preferred).
- Fresher's with technical knowledge and good communication may also apply.
