Job Title: Service adviser in ( two wheeler Showroom )

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Two Wheeler showroom

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
  • Prepare accurate job cards and explain estimated costs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure proper execution of jobs.
  • Keep customers informed about service progress, delays, or additional repairs required.
  • Explain service work carried out and final billing to customers during vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure all warranty and free-service guidelines are followed as per company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate if required.
  • Promote value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and accessories.
  • Maintain records of customer service history and feedback.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles and service processes.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Automobile/Mechanical background preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as Service Adviser/Service Desk role in the automobile industry (two-wheeler experience preferred).
  • Fresher's with technical knowledge and good communication may also apply.
