Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our Jawa Bike Showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the service department, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, supervising service staff, and maintaining smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the service department and workshop.
  • Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service quality and timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Maintain records of service, parts, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for after-sales service support.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in service management (Automobile industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and spare parts management.
