Job Title: CRE in ( two wheeler Showroom )

Experience Required: Minimum 1–4 Two Wheeler showroom

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers at the showroom/service reception.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries, service reminders, and feedback.
  • Conduct follow-up calls after sales and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer database, update service schedules, and ensure timely reminders.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities.
  • Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranty, and other value-added services.
  • Coordinate between sales, service, and finance teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and follow-up activities.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement programs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty.

  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/DMS software).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/HSC in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service/CRM role (automobile industry preferred).
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
