Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor. The role is located in Nagpur. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HVAC maintenance and installation services, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The supervisor will manage a team of technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills: Experience in leading and managing teams effectively
  • HVAC and Troubleshooting: Proficient in HVAC systems and skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Preventive Maintenance: Ability to perform and oversee regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Relevant certifications and licensures in HVAC
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Experience in similar roles and a good understanding of safety regulations and industry standards
