Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager, based at our Gurgaon location. The Business Development Manager will drive the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, maintain and develop relationships with corporate partners, and work to meet sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans to expand market presence, negotiating contracts, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with departments to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Sales, Forecasting, and Goal Achievement
  • Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of hospitality or service industry trends is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing partnerships and driving revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
