Job Title: Senior HR Specialist – Sales Performance & Engagement

Location: 4A, Kamala 2nd Street, Chinna Chokikulam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu – 625002

Experience: 4+ Years (Minimum 2 Years in Sales/Telecalling Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding for Sales & Tele calling profiles.
  • Develop and implement attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
  • Manage incentive plans, PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), and appraisal cycles.
  • Conduct regular training, motivation, and engagement sessions for sales executives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain smooth coordination with management.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare monthly reports on hiring, performance, and retention metrics.
  • Support management in enhancing sales productivity through effective HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years handling Sales/Telecalling operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales targets, performance metrics, and team motivation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, manual HRMS tools, and report preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
