Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound & outbound sales activities, convert qualified leads, deliver demos, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, sales negotiation ability, and previous experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / B2B or B2C Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily inside sales operations: calls, follow-ups, lead management, and closures.
- Conduct product demos (online/telephonic) for potential customers.
- Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes call activity per day and 1 demo meeting per day.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 4 sales per month).
- Maintain CRM entries, lead status updates, and follow-up schedules.
- Work closely with the sales manager for pipeline movement and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing customers.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Conversion.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and product positioning.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
