About the Role

We're looking for a Chief Operations Manager—a grounded, empathetic leader who can oversee our day-to-day functioning with care, clarity, and compassion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in purpose-driven environments, loves animals, and can bring structure to chaos.

You will be the heartbeat between our founders, caregivers, guardians, and field staff—ensuring no dog or detail is left behind.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Oversight

  • Coordinate rescues, medical visits, isolations, and logistics
  • Monitor food, medicine, and supply needs; manage procurement
  • Ensure continuity of care and timely follow-ups

Staff & Guardian Coordination

  • Manage schedules and task flows for caregivers, drivers, and on-ground teams
  • Liaise with our guardian network and care homes for regular updates
  • Track team performance and the welfare of all dogs in care

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of rescues, treatments, recoveries, and fosters/adoptions
  • Share weekly insights and operational reports with the founders

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Be the go-to bridge between field teams, vendors, guardians, and leadership
  • Onboard new partnerships (vets, vendors, donors) and streamline systems

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years in operations, admin, NGO work, or project management
  • Highly organized, a natural problem solver, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools
  • Emotionally intelligent with a deep respect for animals and people alike
  • Based in NCR and able to visit in person once a week (if needed)

Bonus Points For:

Experience in animal welfare or rescue ecosystems
Prior exposure to logistics or care coordination
Ability to set up basic dashboards or tracking sheets
