About Role:
We are a fully remote technology company in a period of rapid growth. To support this journey, we're hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team in driving strategy, alignment, and operational excellence.
This is a high-leverage role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can operate at both the 30,000-foot strategic level and the day-to-day execution level, and wants to have a direct hand in shaping the trajectory of a scaling tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Alignment
- Partner with the CEO to define company priorities, shape quarterly and annual goals, and ensure execution aligns with long-term vision.
- Drive the company-wide OKR process and hold leaders accountable for progress.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insight, challenge, and clarity on key decisions.
Operational Scale
- Build the systems and processes that will allow the company to scale efficiently while remaining agile.
- Streamline communication and alignment across a globally distributed, remote-first team.
- Lead preparation for executive meetings, board discussions, and company-wide updates.
Leadership & Culture
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across Product, GTM, and Operations.
- Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance in a remote environment.
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders across the company.
Special Projects
- Lead high-priority initiatives that don't sit neatly within one department, from strategic partnerships to market expansion to major product launches.
- Step into leadership gaps when needed to ensure continuity and momentum.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in management consulting, high-growth startups, or operational leadership roles at scaling tech companies. Remote-first experience strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects, and excellent communication across diverse global teams.
- Operates with urgency and focus, thrives in ambiguity, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment.
- Background in SaaS or B2B technology businesses moving from early growth to scale.
