We are looking for experienced Sales Managers from the FMCG industry to join a fast-growing snacks company in Bengaluru.

Position: FMCG Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore
Industry: FMCG – Snacks Manufacturing
Travelling Allowance: Provided
Client Meetings: Mandatory (Field Sales Role)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales strategies to increase market share.
- Meet retail & distribution clients to generate business opportunities.
- Identify new channels and expand market presence in assigned areas.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of FMCG sales experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Proven track record in sales target achievement.
