We are looking for experienced Sales Managers from the FMCG industry to join a fast-growing snacks company in Bengaluru.

Position: FMCG Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore

Industry: FMCG – Snacks Manufacturing

Travelling Allowance: Provided

Client Meetings: Mandatory (Field Sales Role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Meet retail & distribution clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Identify new channels and expand market presence in assigned areas.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

  • 1–5+ years of FMCG sales experience (mandatory).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement.
