ServiceNow ITSM Lead

to spearhead integration and asset management strategies across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) Own IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy across Hardware and Software Integrate ServiceNow with tools like SCCM, JAMF, Intune, procurement & finance systems Maintain CMDB health, normalization & reconciliation Build scripts, workflows, and APIs (REST/SOAP) Collaborate cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement & Finance Mentor junior developers, lead projects, and ensure ITIL compliance

You'll Excel If You Have: 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (3 in a lead role) Expertise in ITAM, CMDB, and enterprise system integration Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API) Certified CSA and/or Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITAM) Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and governance frameworks like ISO 27001/SOX
