Job Title : ServiceNow Architect - SPM / ITBM

Experience Required : 12 to 19 years

Location : Bangalore / Pune / Noida / Jaipur

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Business Management (ITBM)

- Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architecture

- Architect and implement Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Delivery, Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Technology Portfolio modules

- Drive enterprise capability modeling and align IT investments with business outcomes

- Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model), platform governance, and CMDB strategy

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects and consultants

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM,

SecOps, HRSD, etc.)

- Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization

Must-Have Skills :

- 12-19 years of total IT experience with 46 years in a ServiceNow Architect role

- Strong hands-on experience in SPM / ITBM modules : Demand, PPM, Resource, Agile Delivery

- In-depth experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Business Capability Modeling

- Proven track record in architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Good to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of CSDM, CMDB structure, and data model alignment

- Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting environment (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)

- Exposure to ServiceNows Enterprise Architecture (EA) module, including Business Capability Mapping, Technology Portfolio, and Enterprise Planning is a plus
