Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other business processes.

- Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and service portals according to business requirements.

- Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and web services.

- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code using JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery.

- Monitor platform performance and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and development procedures.

- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, driving continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management.

- Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Jelly, GlideScript, and familiarity with AngularJS is a plus.

- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

- Ability to build integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other APIs.

- Understanding of Service Portal development and customization.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade and patch management
