About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with 45 years of experience implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade workflows and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
  • Work on ITAM (Asset lifecycle, CMDB), ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), and HRSD (Employee lifecycle automation).
  • Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Automate business processes with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Perform UAT, documentation, and end-user training.

Required Skills

  • 45 years of ServiceNow experience, with exposure to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD.
  • Hands-on in ServiceNow development (Catalogs, Workflows, Business Rules, Scripts).
  • Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations.
  • ServiceNow CSA / ITSM Implementation Certification preferred.
