We hiring a salesforce technical lead at our company. We value your time as you look over the requirements and submit your application for the job.

Salesforce technical lead responsible for :

- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.

- Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.

- Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

- Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.

Preferred Certifications:

At least 1 of the below Salesforce Architect certifications is mandatory :

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

- Salesforce Certified System Architect.

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.

- Salesforce Certified Service Consultant.

- Salesforce Certified PD1.

- Salesforce Certified PD2.

Requirement :

- Hands on experience working on Lightning, Apex, LWC, performing code reviews.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Solutioning and Architecting Salesforce for Businesses.

- Hands-on experience using Triggers and Async data processing.

- Design and optimize solutions considering configuration vs customization, data volume.

- Salesforce customization experience using flows and Lightning App Builder.

- Building integrations with external systems using Rest API.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Experience Cloud, FSL implementation.

- Experience working in Agile environment and following SDLC.

- Requirement gathering and technical documentations.

- Excel, SOQL working knowledge.
