About the Role – Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Lead Salesforce Developer
(2–5 years) to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position, bring in specialized expertise in Salesforce Clouds, help grow a high-performing team, and shape the future of our technical capabilities.

You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to design and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions, guide junior team members, and be a key contributor to strategic technical decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define the Salesforce Vision:
  Develop and execute a scalable, forward-thinking roadmap aligned with client and business goals.
• Own the Tech Stack:
  Lead the development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builders, Visualforce, and more.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and coach a growing team of Salesforce developers and admins, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and communicate project updates.
• Drive Integrations:
  Oversee system integrations using APIs and middleware tools to connect Salesforce with external/internal platforms.
• Promote Innovation:
  Stay ahead of the curve with new Salesforce features, pilot proofs of concept, and introduce new technologies or cloud capabilities.
• Governance & Security:
  Implement best practices around architecture, data governance, roles/profiles, and platform security.
• Client Impact:
  Ensure timely delivery of solutions that solve real business problems and add measurable value.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, etc.).
• Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or others — Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft)
• Experience with integration patterns, CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset), and version control (Git).
• Salesforce Certifications preferred (Platform Developer, Admin, App Builder, etc.).
