Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Jaipur. In this role, the Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing complex business requirements, configuring Salesforce applications, creating detailed technical specifications, integrating third-party applications, and providing technical support. The developer will also lead a team and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development:
    Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using
    Apex, LWC, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder)
    .
  • Integration Projects:
    Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (e.g.,
    ad serving systems, marketing automation, analytics tools
    ) using REST APIs and iPaaS solutions like
    Workato
    .
  • Automation & Workflows:
    Implement advanced automation for
    lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, attribution tracking, and ad performance alerts
    .
  • Data & Analytics Alignment:
    Support data flows between Salesforce and the
    enterprise data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, data lakes)
    for real-time reporting and predictive analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Support teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    Ensure
    data accuracy, system performance, and security compliance
    across Salesforce implementations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to enhance CRM usage, optimize workflows, and leverage
    Salesforce AppExchange solutions
    or new features.


Qualifications

  • Salesforce platform development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects
  • Knowledge of integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and APIs
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and related technologies
