ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to fill a key role in our IT department. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ServiceNow solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations for Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.
  • Develop strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide, and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Integrate third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Maintain excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2-3 implementations in SecOps.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. This includes integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  3. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
