Job Title:

Implementation Specialist – ServiceNow Security Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of our ServiceNow Security Operations modules. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex security projects and will be responsible for configuring and customizing workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration
    • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow Security Operations modules.
    • Configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules.
    • Integrate threat intelligence and vulnerability scanner platforms.
    • Build use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR).
  • Requirements Gathering & Design
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to gather detailed requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Integration & Automation
    • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems.
    • Develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution.
  • Testing & Deployment
    • Perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
    • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment.
  • Documentation & Training
    • Create solution design documents, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materials.
    • Conduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions.
