Job Description:

As an Application Designer in a Cloud Migration & Implementation team, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to enhance IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Contribute actively in team discussions.
  • Provide solutions to work-related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management platform.
  • Create technical specifications and design documents.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business process requirements.
  • Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management or ServiceNow IT Operations Management or ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
  • Good to have skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow platform.
Benefits:
