As a seasoned Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the Cyber Identity Team, fostering strong relationships with teams and clients to deliver exceptional results.

  • You will integrate various systems, including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications, to establish a robust identity governance framework.
  • You will design and implement Identity Governance (IGA) processes, encompassing recertification, joiner/mover/leaver, access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control, ensuring seamless user experiences and streamlined workflows.
  • You will configure connectors to onboard applications, utilizing out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2, and custom options, to provide flexible and scalable solutions.
  • You will develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls, mitigate risks, and guarantee data security.
  • You will design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to simplify identity lifecycle events and boost efficiency.
  • You will effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders, providing insights into its functionality and benefits.
  • You will create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

Additionally, you will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.
