Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Technical Integration Specialist will be responsible for onboarding applications and collaborating with application owners to understand system integration requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) development, with experience in implementing custom workflows, administering SailPoint-based IAM solutions, and working with Life Cycle Management events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard applications, interact with application owners, and explain the integration process.
  • Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  • Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by the app team to perform the integration.
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  • Simultaneously work with multiple application teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  2. Experience in developing custom workflows for Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Just-In-Time (JIT) Provisioning.
  3. Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  4. Experience in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  5. Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
  6. Developing custom reports and creating rules for various purposes.
  7. Working on Life Cycle Management events, such as Joiner and Leaver events, and Manager Transfer events.
  8. Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
