About the Role

This position is for an experienced professional with strong programming skills, preferably in a health-related setting. We are looking for someone to join our team and take on various responsibilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing custom object scripts to meet specific client requirements, as well as experience in XSLTs and DTLs to transform data into Summary Document Architecture (SDA) format.
  • Strong understanding of integration protocols like TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP, and proficiency in using tools such as GIT and VS Code is essential.

We require candidates who can design and implement data integrations between HIE partners and internal systems using InterSystems IRIS, debug and fix defects, and ensure system development and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integration and Development: Design and implement data integrations using InterSystems IRIS between HIE partners and internal On-prem/Cloud systems.
  • Debugging and Fixing Defects: Debug and fix defects in InterSystems IRIS related any inhouse solutions built.
  • System Support and Development: Ensure systems development and support, and create design and technical specifications from business requirement specifications.

We are looking for highly organized professionals with strong time management and planning skills who can collaborate effectively with fellow developers and Technical Leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Development Experience: Must have strong software development experience.
  • Time Management and Planning: Proactive and highly organized with strong time management and planning skills.
  • InterSystems IRIS Experience: Should have experience in InterSystems IRIS for health, ObjectScript, Ensemble.
  • Integration Protocols: Must have experience in Integration protocols such as TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP
  • XSLT and DTL Experience: Must be able to create DTL mappings from SDA and workflows to process documents.
  • Business Services/Operations: Must be able to create custom business services/process/operations.
  • Messaging Proficiency: Should have proficiency in CCDA, HL7, FHIR, JSON and XML messaging.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GCP/GKE Exposure: Nice to have GCP/GKE exposure.
