Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows, create and optimize reports, write advanced SQL queries, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Development & Maintenance:
    • Design, develop, and deploy complex ETL workflows (data extraction, transformation, loading).
    • Create and optimize reports with interactive dashboards, drill-downs, and parameterized features.
    • Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for databases.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in ETL processes and reports.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Document code, data mappings, and technical specifications.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Quality Assurance & Innovation:
    • Perform unit testing and support QA teams to ensure defect-free deliverables.
    • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, self-service reporting).
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., Snowflake, API integrations, cloud migrations).
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
    • Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is beneficial.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, ETL Tools) preferred.
    • Experience in financial, healthcare, or telecom domains is advantageous.
