ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our IT Operations Management (ITOM) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with business requirements and enhance IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor all technical aspects of ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, UI actions, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP web services and Scripted APIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or implementation.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and scripting.
  • Strong experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.).
  • Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and custom app development.
  • In-depth experience with Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow and Flow Designer.
  • Strong working knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP) and Scripted APIs.
