Job Description:
- Manage and maintain customer databases and records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and service feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
- Update CRM software with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at existing customers.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales support (manufacturing background preferred/ Relevant )
