Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain customer databases and records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and service feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
  • Update CRM software with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at existing customers.

Key Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales support (manufacturing background preferred/ Relevant )
