We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of one year in the IT software industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the information technology landscape and the ability to formulate effective strategies for business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and leveraging market insights to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business objectives and develop tailored solutions for our clients. A strong background in IT software sales or business development is essential, as is the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively to diverse audiences. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT software industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as outlined by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in business development or sales within the IT software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT software products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
