A strong background in IT software sales or business development is essential, as is the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively to diverse audiences. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT software industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as outlined by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in business development or sales within the IT software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT software products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
