Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in real estate, advertising, or SaaS). The candidate will play a key role in acquiring new builder/agent partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new builders, developers, and channel partners to list properties on
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and deal closures.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline development.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics (preferred) or experience in online platforms/advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
