Qualifications
•Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to empathize with customers and defuse challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify helpdesks) and CRM systems.
