Timings - Monday to Friday- 10 AM to 7 PM
Job Title: Human Resource Executive(1 Vacancy) AND HR Recruiter(1 vacancy)
Joining Timeline- Immediate Joiners or MAX 15-30 Days

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and feedback.
- Manage job postings and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
2. Offer Generation & Documentation
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Handle negotiations and document final offer details.
- Maintain offer acceptance records and follow up on pending acceptances.
3. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification.
- Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.
- Ensure the completion of joining formalities and employee records.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Track employee attendance using HRMS or manual systems.
- Manage leave records, approvals, and leave balance reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with the companys leave policy.
5. Payroll Support
- Collate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Assist with tax declarations, reimbursements, and payroll queries.
6. Employee Exit Formalities
- Process resignations and conduct exit interviews.
- Handle full and final settlements in coordination with the finance department.
- Manage clearance forms and collect company assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
